By placing an order through our Website or other ordering channels, you are making an offer to purchase the items specified in your order at the prices listed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or notification from us.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that pricing information is accurate, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5.2 Payment
We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and other payment methods as may be indicated on our Website from time to time. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are legally authorized to provide such payment information; (ii) you are legally authorized to make payments using the provided payment method; and (iii) such action does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. Payment is due at the time of order placement for online orders.
5.3 Taxes and Fees
All prices displayed on our Website are in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local tax laws. Delivery fees, service charges, and gratuities may also apply, as indicated during the checkout process.
5.4 Refunds and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within a reasonable period before preparation has commenced. Once an order has entered the preparation phase, cancellations may not be accepted. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Risk of loss and title for all items ordered pass to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability or an incorrect address, we may not be able to issue a refund for the order.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GREEN LANTERN PIZZA & GRILL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT;

- WARRANTIES THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY FOOD PRODUCTS FOR YOUR PARTICULAR DIETARY NEEDS OR HEALTH CONDITIONS (EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE FOOD SAFETY LAWS).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the foregoing exclusions may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE UNITED STATES LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GREEN LANTERN PIZZA & GRILL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

The limitations of liability set forth in this section shall apply regardless of the theory of liability, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory, even if Green Lantern Pizza & Grill has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Green Lantern Pizza & Grill and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

- Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your use of our Services;

- Any negligent or willful misconduct on your part.
We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any such matter without our prior written consent. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
10. Food Safety and Health Compliance
Green Lantern Pizza & Grill operates in compliance with all applicable United States federal, state, and local food safety laws and regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and applicable state health departments. Our food preparation practices are designed to meet or exceed all applicable health and safety standards.
Notwithstanding our compliance efforts, you acknowledge that food products may contain allergens or ingredients that are not suitable for certain individuals. It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions before placing an order. Green Lantern Pizza & Grill cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment and shall not be liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed dietary restrictions or pre-existing medical conditions.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our Website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information in connection with our Services. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We comply with applicable United States privacy laws, including the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act) and, to the extent applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) for California residents. If you have questions about our privacy practices, please contact us at [email protected].
12. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by Green Lantern Pizza & Grill. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms of service, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or recommend any third-party websites, products, or services. Your use of any third-party website or service is governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of that third party.
We may use third-party service providers for payment processing, delivery services, analytics, marketing, and other operational purposes. These third parties may have access to your personal information only to the extent necessary to perform their services and are obligated not to disclose or use such information for any other purpose.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them or your use of our Website and Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. To the extent that state law applies, it shall be the law of the state in which Green Lantern Pizza & Grill maintains its principal place of business.
Subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in Section 14 below, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts of competent jurisdiction located in the United States. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts or to venue in such courts.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit the right of Green Lantern Pizza & Grill to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending final resolution of a dispute.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. If you have a concern, complaint, or dispute relating to our Services or these Terms, please contact us at [email protected]. We will make a good-faith effort to address your concern within thirty (30) days of receipt. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and to your satisfaction through direct communication with our customer service team.
14.2 Binding Arbitration
If we are unable to resolve a dispute through informal means within thirty (30) days, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, except as modified herein. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Each party shall be responsible for its own attorneys' fees and costs, except that the arbitrator may award fees and costs to the prevailing party to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND GREEN LANTERN PIZZA & GRILL AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and Green Lantern Pizza & Grill agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
14.4 Exception for Small Claims
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the jurisdictional limits of such court, provided the dispute remains in small claims court and is not removed or appealed to a court of general jurisdiction.
15. Term and Termination
These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect for as long as you access or use our Website or Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to our Website and Services, with or without notice and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
- Failure to make payment for orders placed;
- Conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our business, employees, other customers, or third parties;
- Your request to terminate your account or relationship with us;
- Cessation of our business operations or Services.
Upon termination, your right to use our Website and Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
You may terminate your account or cease using our Services at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Termination of your account will not relieve you of any outstanding obligations to us, including any unpaid amounts for orders placed prior to termination.
16. Changes to Terms of Service
Green Lantern Pizza & Grill reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms of Service at any time and at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, by posting a notice on our Website or sending an email notification to registered users.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued access to or use of our Website or Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using our Website and Services.
We encourage you to check this page regularly. Changes to these Terms are effective as of the date they are posted unless otherwise stated. We may, at our discretion, require you to affirmatively accept updated Terms before continuing to use our Services.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any applicable law or regulation by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms. The parties agree to replace any invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid or unenforceable provision.
The failure of Green Lantern Pizza & Grill to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent or other breach.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices, policies, or agreements published by Green Lantern Pizza & Grill on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Green Lantern Pizza & Grill with respect to your use of the Website and Services, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and Green Lantern Pizza & Grill with respect to the subject matter hereof.
No oral statements, representations, promises, or modifications to these Terms shall be binding on either party unless set forth in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. These Terms may not be assigned by you without our prior written consent, but may be assigned by us without restriction.
19. Force Majeure
Green Lantern Pizza & Grill shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, governmental actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other event that is beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a force majeure event, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.
20. Electronic Communications
By using our Website and Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including but not limited to emails, text messages, push notifications, and in-app messages, for operational, transactional, and promotional purposes. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications we send to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications or by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that even if you opt out of promotional communications, you may still receive transactional communications related to your orders or account.
